Metabolic Balance® uses your genetic information to create a customized and tailored meal plan that is specific to you and your body.

This meal plan and weight-loss diet will be your main building block as you begin your weight-loss journey and has been designed over the past two decades to shed weight at an impressive pace, regardless of who the patient is.

It all starts by performing a blood draw to collect a sample of your blood. Your sample is then sent to a state-of-the-art laboratory in Germany where it is analyzed and your individualized meal plan is created.

The results are then sent back to Dr. Andrea who will walk you through the next steps in your weight-loss journey.

Phase 1: Preparation

Everything begins with a two-day preparation phase where your body is cleansed and primed for its new diet.

Phase 2: Strict conversion

The second phase lasts for at least two weeks. It’s the period where your body adjusts to your new eating habits and diet.

During this phase, your body begins retraining its metabolism and you start to see noticeable and positive results on the scale.

Phase 3: Relaxed conversion
